Delete your account

Learners

Sign in, open Account and choose Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. You can do this in the app or at your account page.

Deleting your account straight away removes:

• your login, name, email, phone number and postcode
• your theory and hazard perception practice history
• your notification settings

Any Theory Premium subscription is cancelled immediately. Your instructor keeps records of your lessons and payments for their tax records.

Instructors

Sign in, go to Settings → Data & privacy and choose Delete Account. Your personal data, pupil details and lesson notes are deleted. Financial records (income, expenses and ledger entries) are kept for the 7 years HMRC requires.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@orbitdriving.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it and confirm within 30 days.
